Please note you must agree to these terms of use before using our free uploads service. You must not upload illegal content (ie: pornographic images) or content that does not belong to you. If you do upload content that does not fit our guidelines it will be deleted and your ip address banned from our network, such action is only taken on an extreme basis (for example after two offences). We are not responsible for your images being online all the time and reserve the rights to pack up/ turn off or close up at any time we wish. This is extremely unlikely to happen. We do not hold responsibility for the content that users upload. If you feel you are being abused by a user please report it. Users can upload as many images as they want each day, image of the same content (ie: exactly the same picture of a cat) more than once.
Users are responsible for their own uploads. MediaToEnvy and/or UntoldFilehost.com takes no responsibility for user uploads.
Upload guidelines
Users must abide to these guidelines.
- Users must not upload images of 'other' people without their prior written permission.
- Users must not upload content that are of a pornographic nature.
- Users must not upload images that promote hard-drinking or drug abuse.
- Users must not upload images of violence or anything of any illegal nature.
- Users must not upload copyrighted material (for example the Adobe logo).
Please note due to the wide variation of laws in differ net countries around the world users are responsible for ensuring that any images they upload meet the required relevant legislation in their country of residence.
